Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By installing or using the CRO Lens Chrome extension or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India.
3. Account & license keys
- You're responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Don't share it publicly.
- Each license key is bound to a specific number of devices (1 for Pro, 5 for Agency). Activating beyond that limit is blocked.
- If your key is leaked or abused, we may revoke it and issue a new one. We'll notify you by email.
4. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation
- Free plan: forever free, no card required.
- Paid plans (Pro, Agency): billed monthly or annually via Razorpay.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your Account page, or by emailing [email protected]. You keep paid features until your current period ends; no further charges.
- Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. After that, no pro-rated refunds for canceled mid-period subscriptions.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes only apply at your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service with anyone outside your seat allocation.
- Abuse the API beyond your plan's rate limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting.
- Use the Service to collect data in violation of Shopify's or any scanned store's Terms of Use.
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of Indian law.
- Send malware, spam, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.
Violations may result in immediate license revocation without refund.
6. Estimates & accuracy
CRO Lens provides estimates — conversion scores, traffic and revenue ranges, performance metrics, and detected leaks. These are directional and should not be treated as guarantees. Verify any business-critical numbers with your own analytics. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of our estimates.
7. Intellectual property
CRO Lens and all its content are owned by Sarvadhi Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own conversion-rate-optimization work, subject to these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service interacts with our payment provider (Razorpay), our AI provider, and the Shopify storefronts you scan. Their terms govern your use of them. We're not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service anytime by uninstalling the extension and canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your payment fails repeatedly.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be 100% accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
12. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
14. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
