Program Policy & FAQ
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated and processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month's balance. Payouts are made via PayPal or Bank Transfer once your unpaid balance hits the minimum $10 / ₹500 threshold.
Are referrals recurring?
Yes! You earn commissions on every renewal payment made by customers you referred. If they pay monthly, you get paid monthly. If they upgrade to an annual plan, you receive the annual commission.
Can I refer my own store?
No, self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Referrals must be genuine third-party customers. Any self-referral attempts will result in commissions being cancelled and potential ban from the program.
How are refunds handled?
All paid plans carry a 7-day refund policy. If a referred customer cancels and requests a refund within the first 7 days, their pending referral commission is marked as cancelled, and the amount is deducted.
